Full-Time Senior Applications Systems Architect
Job Description
Be pivotal in helping drive digital transformation at the university.
Be the owner & manager of our enterprise systems portfolio. Collaborate with key parties, mainly being the Privacy Officer & Data Scientists, diving deep into our existing systems and apps. Identify redundancies, streamline processes, and ensure effective full scale product usage. Learn processes across the university (HR, operations, business & etc.) to analyze & find efficiencies, leveraging systems in place already.
What we need from you:
Analytical & investigative mindset. We are not looking to reinvent the wheel & sometimes need systems to fit into processes or overhaul of processes that are more antiquated. Building relationships through great listening. Truly understand what is needed from the system or process, prodding to identify where changes/enhancements should occur. Being a quick study goes hand in hand with this, having a mental map of how aspects are interconnected within the dept as well as overlapping to others, know what questions to ask gathering information while understanding where to challenge. Mental flexibility in order to shift from multiple priorities quickly without losing a sense of the end result to be accomplished.
If this is what you do & how you do it, then apply to transform us as well as your life too!
