We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Analyst to join our Middle Office team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA – HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Regularly interacts with clients in  analyzing and resolving complex inquiries  relating to Foreign Exchange transactions.
  • Provides client support for FX, onboarding, client education, technical specifications.

  • Coordinates with multiple internal stakeholders and external clients to gather and disseminate data-related information about transactions.
  • Conducts research to gather information on complex transactions and data-related, straightforward inquiries.
  • Escalates the most complex transactions to senior team members.
  • Provides guidance to less experienced team members.
  • Collaborates with a group of internal and external stakeholders to deliver recommendations to complex inquiries.
  • Contributes to KPI development and periodic publication.
  • Responsible for documenting procedures.
  • No direct reports. Provides guidance to less experienced Middle Office staff as needed.
  • Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelors degree in finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 3-5 years of total relevant work experience preferred.
