We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Analyst to join our Domiciliary/Corporate Secretary Services team. This role is located in Luxembourg City – Hybrid model.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Account relationship management: you will support multiple moderately complex client accounts. Ensure that all clients are delivered an accurate, timely and quality service during all aspects of the processes covered by this role. Organise and supervise the day-to-day legal administration of investment funds, securitization vehicles and other legal entities domiciled with BNY Mellon Luxembourg.
- You will liaise with internal and external parties to address client queries including non-routine issues (e.g. operation teams, relationship managers, legal, client, lawyer, notary, regulator etc.)
- You will organize and hold board and shareholder meetings and prepare and follow up on the related documents/minutes/action items
- You will prepare corporate documents: power of attorneys, circular resolutions, etc.
- No direct reports; you will provide guidance to less experienced team members, as needed
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Education/Experience:
- Legal qualification/University degree or equivalent preferred
- 3+ years’ experience in a business-related corporate paralegal/client-facing environment
- Knowledge of the Luxembourg Company Law is required
- Knowledge in Alternative Investment Funds is an advantage

- Pro-active and client-oriented attitude with the necessary flexibility and a ‘hands-on’ approach

- Fluent or near-native English speaker / French basics
