What You’ll Bring:

  • 6+ years of professional experience
  • Prior product management, strategy, and/or consulting experience desired
  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional senior-level managers and executives
  • Proven ability to build relationships and work successfully within a highly matrixed organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop high quality PowerPoint presentations appropriate for executive audiences
  • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills and high degree of comfort managing multiple assignments with little direct supervision
  • Driven by intellectual curiosity and independent thinking and positive “can do” attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree with an MBA or other Master’s degree program preferred but not required

Impact You’ll Make:

As the Senior Advisor of Product Operations and Strategy for US Market Solutions, you will be responsible for managing prioritization across US product initiatives, leading the development of our three-year strategic plan and various executive report-outs.  You will partner closely with product, technology, legal, compliance and US vertical business units across TransUnion.

You will manage multiple projects, particularly ones that span multiple solution families, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand overall priorities, and set expectations through clear and frequent communication.

Additionally, you will compile, analyze, synthesize, and summarize qualitative and quantitative information to address specific business needs and problems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building a strong understanding of our solutions, the markets we serve and TU’s enterprise capabilities
  • Serving as solution lead over the intake and prioritization of development initiatives for the legacy DABO and its successor ART and provide regular reporting on our performance
  • Coordinating and lead regular business prioritization meetings
  • Preparing and reporting-out on compliance, legal and privacy initiatives
  • Acting as the primary liaison to support overall global and US development prioritization
  • Contributing to our strategic plan and then lead the development of the plan for the US Market Solutions organization
  • Leading the effort to capture, evaluate, influence and report on US market adoption of global solution initiatives
  • Working with product leaders combined with market insights and data, developing opinions regarding how to improve our product orchestration, delivery and sunset strategies
  • Creating executive-ready materials (e.g., quarterly business review PowerPoint presentations) for the purpose of delivering key issues, messages and periodic updates and contribute to the delivery of these presentations to stakeholders
  • As necessary, performing project management and coordination tasks, assigning and coordinating project activities for cross-functional teams, developing project plans and status reports and serving as the communications point for the project
  • Building trust with business partners, key decision makers, and project sponsors by meeting individual commitments and collaborating with cross-functional teams

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :

The salary range for this position is $135,010.00 – $228,800.00. *The salary range for this position reflects the general range of compensation for this job and does not include our bonus incentive(s). This position is eligible for bonus incentive(s). At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position, and market considerations.
