Responsible for financial support, parking appeals, and administrative support for the Student Support & Conduct office, which is led by nine professionals. Responsible for developing and maintaining financial accounting information and overseeing department purchases. Perform administrative work related to students cases and maintain student records. Oversee Parking Appeals outcomes. Performance of complex, highly responsible, and confidential administrative and customer service duties. Interacting with students and others via phone and in-person professionally, assertively, and with a caring response.
