Full-Time Senior Administrative Coordinator
Job Description
Responsible for performing administrative functions allowing the Executive Director and Management Team to focus on executive level responsibilities. Performs complex, specialized administrative duties requiring knowledge of APSE procedures, programs, and initiatives. Collaborates with team members to assure that the organization is able to run effectively and efficiently to meet programmatic and strategic goals. Provides support across all departments, with emphasis on business and fiscal operations, ensuring that the National APSE team is able to meet the needs of members and the Employment First community. May direct or lead the work of others.
This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be local to the Rockville office and able to work in the office on a weekly basis a minimum of 1-2 days/week. The successful candidate must have strong writing and verbal communications skills and will demonstrate diplomacy, initiative, independent judgment, and discretion. Experience in business operations and/or finance strongly desired.
