Here’s what you get to do:
- Developing fundraising projections in Excel drawn from multiple input sources;
- Maintaining and communicating project schedules with internal client teams and outside vendors;
- Communicating fundraising projections to internal teams and clients;
- Manipulating and/or routing data files in CSV and delimited formats;
- Performs quality control procedures throughout job cycle to ensure the accuracy of reports and end data products;
- Maintains and takes ownership of all acquisition related data and associated deliverable processing rules and protocols; and
- Confirms counts, detect variances, and investigates discrepancies in incoming files/reporting.
Here’s who you are:
- Familiarity with nonprofit direct mail fundraising, specifically merge/purge;
- Mastery of Excel: Xlookup, PivotTables, Conditional Formulas, and Formatting;
- Desire for self-sufficiency and independence in managing processes;
- Possesses excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
- Detail-oriented and able to proactively juggle multiple deadlines at once; and
- Inspires confidence in management and is trusted by vendors.

Benefits + Perks: We offer medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k plan and a year-end bonus.
The salary floor for this role is $54,000 + per year, commensurate with experience.
