Job Summary: The Senior Account Revenue Manager helps brightfin achieve ambitious revenue goals. You will be accountable for the total commercial success of our existing customers; this consists of renewing, minimizing churn, and driving customer growth and expansion opportunities.
The Senior Account Revenue Manager at brightfin supports, with the help of the Delivery Sr. Manager, the ongoing senior level strategic relationship with our customer’s key stakeholders. You will collaborate to ensure brightfin’s solution value to the customer is well documented, and acknowledged by our customers senior leadership; while serving as a customer advocate internally within brightfin. In addition, you’ll partner with our Delivery Team, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to streamline revenue health strategies and communication processes.
The ideal candidate has a passion for achieving positive outcomes through actionable, data-driven insights, excels at balancing strategic planning with execution, and is very comfortable digging into details. We’re looking for a self-motivated, driven, fast-paced, curious, scrupulous, resilient professional with strong analytical skills who works well in a team environment.
Essential Functions / Duties / Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage total revenue & commercial health of our existing accounts.
- Drive consensus across multiple stakeholders (internal and external) to achieve business outcomes.
- Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted renewals and expansions to meet total revenue objectives.
- Partner with your Solution Architect, our Delivery Team and leverage product expertise to solution for a customer’s pain points.
- Position yourself as a strategic partner to key stakeholders and champions within named accounts.
- Proactively diagnose and mitigate churn risk clearly and drive resolution strategies, advising sales leadership on ideal resolutions wherever appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ year in the Telecom, Mobility or SaaS market domain
- 5+ years’ experience solving complex problems, often outside of your direct control.
- 5+ years of experience working with stakeholders with companies exceeding $50M in Annual Revenue.
- 5+ years of working within or in close collaboration with sales teams.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent account management skills.
- Ability to lead complex negotiations with multiple, cross-functional customer executives.
- Deep understanding of Customer Success principles.
- A consultative and solutions-based approach to problem-solving and ability to manage customer expectations.
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Location: Remote
Travel Requirements: 10-15%
