Overview
Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a Selling Manager!
This role can be based out of Warwick, RI, Windsor, CT, or Marlborough, MA.
Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and grow a dynamic, top-performing sales team that sets industry standards.
- Drive relentless energy and focus across the team to exceed all business targets and activity goals.
- Propel both individual and team success by achieving ambitious sales and profitability milestones.
- Masterfully predict and strategize for annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly revenue outcomes.
- Deliver impactful quarterly assessments to boost sales team productivity and performance.
- Identify and amplify each team member’s unique strengths while crafting strategies for continuous growth.
- Continuously refine and elevate the sales organization, ensuring it remains at the cutting edge.
- Cultivate deep, lasting relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years strong track record selling and/or managing in the Copier and Printer or related industry.
- History of job stability is a must!!
- Motivate and direct sales teams in the commercial sales arena.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal communication, management and organizational skills with a proven track record.
- Strong business acumen managing to “bottom-line” profitability.
- Experience in accurately forecasting and managing individual and/or team sales.
- Proven track record of having excellent internal and external customer relationships.
