Internship SEC Accounting Intern

As an SEC Accounting Intern, you will work closely with our SEC Reporting Team in assisting with the preparation of the company’s SEC filings, assist with monthly accounting close activities, and performing other projects to support the accounting department.
What You Will Do:
- Work closely with various accounting teams
- Assist with SEC filings, including data gathering and document preparation
- Assist with external auditor data requests
- Assist with various monthly close tasks
- Perform other projects as needed to support the accounting department
What You Should Have:
- Familiarity with US GAAP
- Strong writing and clerical skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Must be part of a Bachelor’s degree program or specialty area

Physical Requirements:
This position requires you to sit, stand and perform general office functions. You may also be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Bending, stooping and reaching are also frequently required.
