Salary £24,650 – £29,000
Corporate Services offers a challenging and stimulating variety of work in both delivery and support teams. The function utilises the expertise of eight specialisms that collectively enable the operational day-to-day running of the business to ensure that DE&S/SDA delivers its objectives and maintains compliance with the requirements of being part of a Department of State. We cover: Business Support; Comms, Media & Marketing; Infrastructure & Estate Management; Policy Profession; Sales & Disposals; Occupational Health, Safety & Environment; Quality Management; and Security.
The Delivery Manager is responsible for the personal development of circa 45 graduates from their induction into the SDA, day-to-day management throughout their two-year development scheme and culminating in support to their regrade process.
Responsibilities
You will manage training schedules, provide support with day-day tasks and liaise with tier one suppliers and 3rd parties
• Support in the design and delivery of planned programmed learning interventions
• Support in the design of E-learning interventions, co-creating content and setting up online correctly
• Act as the point of contact for all matters pertaining to training and delivery in their work area
• Liaise with appropriate stakeholders when piloting and implementing new or enhanced learning interventions
• Consolidate feedback and make recommendation for improvements to learning interventions
• Additional support to the Talent Schemes Manager and wider team as requested
The successful applicant will be responsible for the personal development of graduates through the duration of the programme

To be found successful you must demonstrate the following essential criteria:
• A background working with/supporting the professional development of graduates/student placements
• Extensive experience working with internal and external stakeholders and 3rd parties
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong team working skills and a collaborative approach to learning
It would benefit your application should be able to demonstrate the following desirable criteria:
• Accredited as an instructor/trainer by recognised external awarding bodies i.e. CIPD or willing to commit to completing
