We are hiring two engaging, passionate and experienced part-time facilitators to work together to deliver our new programme to ninety young people across three schools. Together with the Schools Environmental Programme Facilitator, you will collaborate on the design, delivery and evaluation of ourschools programmes, all of which centre around the environment, storytelling, self care, self awareness and social action.

Workshop Facilitation
- Deliver consistently high-quality and engaging workshops in schools to groups of up to 30 young people
Curriculum & Quality
- Contribute to the design of a best-in-class curriculum, collaborating with experts from partner organisations to build something truly special
- Build clear and engaging session plans, which can be easily understood and consistently interpreted by other facilitators
Data
- Adhere to all data-protection processes, maintaining an active awareness of the sensitivity of young people’s data
Safeguarding
- Lead on ensuring all delivery in schools follows best practice safeguarding standards, including adherence to individual school’s processes where relevant
- Supporting organisational responsibility for safeguarding and planning for safe programmes
This is a team member role, with remuneration between £32,000 and £40,000 pro rata based on experience. A 5% London weighting is included within this bracket as the role must be based in London. This role is a part-time role, and is negotiable between 2.5 and 3 days/week.
This is a fixed-term 1 year contract for the duration of our pilot year. Opportunities for progression are likely to include full-time or permanent facilitation roles and/or leading a team of facilitators as the programme grows. There may be a small number of times in the year, where residential weeks with young people are required.

This role is based out of the London office, and is eligible for hybrid working from home when appropriate. A significant amount of time will be spent in our London partner schools, delivering programmes and the ability to travel to these is paramount.
There is the expectation there will be touchpoints with the team required throughout the year that will have to be attended in person outside of London. All reasonable travel expenses and accommodation for overnight stays outside of London necessary to perform this role will be reimbursed.
