Full-Time School Success Associate

We’re looking for a School Success Associate to join the team at Edpuzzle, a leading Edtech company trusted by over 80% of schools in the USA and millions of teachers and students across the globe, with offices in San Francisco and Barcelona. The right person will work hand-in-hand with districts and schools to help our school customers get the most out of the Edpuzzle platform, ensuring proper onboarding, training, tech integrations, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Navigate multi-level district relationships from superintendents to department and program directors and administrative assistants, including cross-functional touchpoints
  • Understand and optimize customer journey
  • Create standard presentation materials for lifecycle plays
  • Personally manage escalations and follow a methodical escalation process to Customer Support, Product Team and Sales
  • Find ways for SSM’s to deeply understand our customers’ objectives and become a trusted right-hand advisor
  • Determine how to define, drive, and demonstrate the value (ROI) that Edpuzzle delivers
  • Act as the voice of the customer by gathering and communicating client feedback and feature requests
  • Gather feedback from other departments, including Renewals & Expansion, Sales, Services, Support, Product, and others, to improve the customer experience
  • Advocate for changes in other departments’ ways of working (including our onboarding process) and collaborate with them to implement those
  • Work with Sales regarding company-wide definition of ideal customer
  • Support alignment with Renewals /Expansion Sales Team
  • Align with R&E on renewal and up-sell strategy and focus on supporting with a retention emphasis
  • Work with Sales to understand SSM involvement pre-post sales cycle
  • Track key metrics for your region
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

    • Experience working in K-12 schools or districts as a Teacher or Administrator
    • Knowledge of edtech software or education curriculum
    • 2+ years of account management, implementation, or sales experience in software/SaaS or program management in education
    • Ability to present to large groups in person or virtually
    • Strategic thinker but able to roll up sleeves to solve a problem
    • Experience building strong internal and external relationships
    • Comfort with client management, including presentations to both small and large groups and managing challenging conversations
    • Self-starter with a passion for solving client problems and a strong attention to detail
    • Strong project management and organization skills
    • Ability to travel to meetings, training and conferences as needed
    • High speed internet
