Job Description

Sometimes life can be really difficult and it can feel hard to cope, will you join YMCA Dlg Dialogue in helping young people to change this?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Dialogue management team to support business management relationships and counselling staff in our schools provision. The post holder will manage counselling contracts, build and maintain relationships with schools, line manage Dialogue school counsellors, and ensure the highest quality counselling service is delivered to schools, children and young people.

Applicants will need to have experience in project management, but it is not essential to have a professional counselling background, however, an awareness and understanding of mental health issues impacting upon children and young people will be an advantage, alongside experience of working with schools.
