To meet the growing demand of our services, we are seeking a passionate Salesforce Developer who has a strong sense of intellectual curiosity to join our dynamic, high-performing and diverse team.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience with Apex development
- Great communication skills; both internally and externally
- Ability to perform object-oriented analysis, design and programming activities
- Solid experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development
(Salesforce Certifications strongly preferred)
- Strong experience and working knowledge of Apex, Javascript (React), declarative development, and/or other similar languages (Java, C#, HTML, CSS)
- Experience with SQL and database modeling, SOQL / SOSL query languages and related technologies preferred
- Experience with Communities is a HUGE PLUS
- Ability to lead and demonstrate business acumen and technical expertise required to implement a modern solution leveraging the Salesforce platform
- Ability to apply solid programming disciplines and best practices
- Familiar with Agile Scrum development methodology
- Ability and desire to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Desire to learn and grow individually and as part of a team
What You’ll Do
- Participate in both customer-facing and internal modeling and design sessions with a team consisting of a project manager and developers
- Develop Apex Classes, test classes, controllers and triggers, Visualforce, Force.com
- Conduct design and code walk-through, peer review
- Produce technical and user documentation, ensuring a high level of quality
- Design, implement and maintain controlled processes to assist in service delivery of mission critical applications
- Optimize page layouts, workflow rules, security profiles, and field usage
