Full-Time Sales Order Representative
Job Description
The role:
The Sales Order Representative will be responsible for providing excellent, timely, accurate and professional customer service to Distributors/Members. In addition to handling high volume of inbound/outbound calls and maintaining detailed records of each interaction via Herbalife Nutrition Care (HNC).
How you would contribute:
•Process local and international orders, answerDistributor/Member questions and redirect inbound calls to the appropriatedepartment for resolution.
•Understand Herbalife Nutrition policy and businessoperations to deliver accurate information to Distributors/Members,ensuring operational excellence and superior customer service.
•Successfully navigate through various applications,reference materials and use internal resources effectively.
•Embrace and accurately promote company events,promotions and product campaigns.
•Maintain confidentiality in dealing with Distributorinformation.
•Assist in special projects as needed i.e. UserAcceptance Testing (UAT), support events with DistributorRegistration/Onsite Store Support.
Skills and background required to be successful:
Skills:
•Bilingual Spanish/English
•Results oriented with strong customer service skills
•Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications
•Ability to type 35 wpm and 10 key by touch
•Ability to maintain a professional demeanor always andinteract effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity
Experience:
•1 year customer service background
Education:
•High School diploma
