PURPOSE:
The Sale Operation Director is responsible for the processes, tools, and technologies that support the Sales and Marketing teams of Wondr Heath. In addition, this position is responsible for developing and overseeing a smooth, effective sales process to enable growth of the organizations they support.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Support the sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics.
- Partner with the Sales & Marketing departments to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards.
- Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes.
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and KPIs.
- Create monthly content for the operations meeting and quarterly board meetings.
- Track and analyze key metrics including, but not limited to, pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment.
- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business.
- Define and deliver techniques to improve funnel performance for sales management.
- Assist with on-boarding and training new sales talent in CRM.
- Create and maintain Sales Department policies, procedures, training manuals, and sales-related resource materials.
- Refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and create a plan to enhance renewal and upsell processes.
- Maintain regular check-ins with the sales teams and others who contribute to opportunity development to determine how sales opportunities are tracking against plan and identify any problems for internal review and problem solving.
- Maintain client contracts in partnership with the Operations team.
- Provide models and organize statistical studies for the Sales team.
- Refine the hand-off process from SDR to the sales team.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required in a business-related field preferred
Experience:
- Five to seven years of experience in sales operations, proficient in creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, and managing dashboards.
- Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure execution and business impact.
- Advance Excel and Salesforce skills and/or other CRM applications and email marketing strategies.
