Reports To: Director of Sales

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, leadership skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their property goals. As a Sales Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure excellent customer service. This role requires a balance of managing a team and actively engaging in property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the real estate sales team to meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Train and mentor junior sales agents, providing guidance on market trends, property values, and client management.
  • Oversee client relationship management, ensuring high satisfaction rates through exceptional service.
  • Monitor and analyze the real estate market, identifying trends and opportunities for the company.
  • Manage negotiations and contracts for property transactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new listings and company services.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and local real estate laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets, particularly in New York.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and real estate technology tools.
  • Valid real estate license in the state of New York.
