Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the competitive real estate market of New York City. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring that our team meets and exceeds its targets. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals.
- Set sales goals and quotas, monitor progress, and provide ongoing coaching and support.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement strategies to enhance team performance.
2. Strategic Sales Planning:
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and market trends.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive initiatives to expand the company’s market presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Oversee the management of client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
4. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and client interactions.
5. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to adapt sales strategies to changing market dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a management role within the real estate industry.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to drive sales strategies and achieve targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the New York City real estate market.
