TrueMotion is looking for a results-oriented team player who wants to make an impact at a fast-growing company, and help save lives on the road.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-quality prospecting (email & phone) to connect with and qualify leads
  • Work closely and collaboratively with sales execs and marketing to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
  • Work with sales management and marketing to ensure proper quality and quantity of first meetings, demonstrations and follow-on meetings
  • Conduct needs qualification calls with prospects as assigned
  • Understand and address prospect questions and objections
  • Communicate the value of our market-leading mobile telematics solutions

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of sales development experience in a high tech industry, preferably B2B or B2B2C
  • Track record of high achievement in sales development
  • Ability to meet and exceed prospecting and pipeline development goals
  • Unimpeachable verbal and written communication 
  • Ability to open new accounts despite obstacles
  • Skill with Salesforce.com, LinkedIn, Hubspot, and other sales productivity tools
  • BA or BS degree 
  • Start-up experience preferred, but not required
