Pay Range: $25.00 – $33.82

Paid time off includes a progressive PTO program. After 90 days of service, 9 days of PTO which may be carried over to next service year. At anniversary date, 16 PTO days are given. PTO is accrued on a schedule of one additional day per year up to five years, thereafter, one additional day for every two years, to a maximum PTO accrual of 26 days after 16 years of service. Maximum PTO carryover to the following year is current year PTO accrual.

About the Position
We are looking for a Sales Contracts Coordinator to manage and coordinate the contract review process by working with all relevant departments at Heatcon Composite Systems.
- Responsible for establishing a schedule to meet contract commitments, communicating the schedule and requirements to involved departments, and maintain the schedule to ensure the customer commitments can be met.
- Maintain and update as necessary a Heatcon Composite Systems data base of contracts.
- Responsible for evaluating terms and conditions for any variance outside of our own terms and conditions, and coordinating any exception approval with management.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of related experience.
- Must possess a good understanding of the bidding and proposal cycle.
- Must demonstrate communication skills.
- Must have a professional attitude and a customer service orientation.
- Aerospace contracts administration is preferred.
- Must have sufficient knowledge of the complete spectrum of contract terms and conditions to determine emphasis in communications.
- Must be proficient with a personal computer, word processing programs, spreadsheets, and have the ability to type.
- Must posses strong skills with Excel spreadsheets.
- Must have the ability to utilize and interpret company ERP system.
- Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional reports and documents, contracts, financial reports, and other detailed terms and conditions contained in legal documents.
- Must posses excellent and concise verbal and written skills which clearly convey intended messages to intended audiences, both internal and external to Heatcon.
- Must be able to write professional reports, contractual language in legal documentation, and correspondence.
- Must have effective interpersonal, conflict resolution, customer service and persuasive skills in a team environment.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, balance, sit for prolonged periods, speak clearly, and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. The employee is regularly required to use fingers, hands and arms to manipulate and shuffle documents, use writing instruments and type on a keyboard. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move 10 pounds.
