Part-Time Sales Associate

Job Description

A HATCH stylist is responsible for providing excellent customer service, while generating sales and growing a client following. Any member of our team contributes to the wellbeing and the environment while satisfying company standards. We look for compassion and “can do” attitudes in our store, we do work with Mama’s after all.

●  Meet company requirements in selling, merchandising and operations while safeguarding company assets

●  Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

●  Develop and maintain genuine client relationships which contribute to store sales

●  Accountable for maintaining and updating a client book with detailed information on customers,

best clients, new additions, existing clients, due dates, etc.

●  Maintain product knowledge to optimize daily sales on all collections, Beauty and 3rd party

merchandise

●  Ensure personal image meets company standard and accurately represents the brand

●  Comply with all point of sale policies procedures and properly execute operational functions

●  Monitor shipping, transfers and special customer requests

●  Assist in merchandising, display maintenance and housekeeping

●  Passion for building an exceptional customer experience in store and through future interactions

●  Having an entrepreneurial mentality, being a problem solver and not afraid of change
