Marketing is fun! Here at Ferrandino & Son, we get super-excited about marketing! Like, really excited!  So our next Sales and Marketing Coordinator needs to be ready to jump in and have fun with us.

We are looking for someone who can contribute in a variety of ways and also is seeking a chance to learn from experienced professionals. So, what does that mean to us? It means this person must be open to learning new things and is willing to show off the things they have already learned.

Who Will I Work With

You are going to be working with some amazing people. Obviously.

More specifically? You will work with a Digital Marketing Manager who is driving our digital footprint along with supporting some of the most aggressive marketing initiatives in our industry.

In addition, you will be working with an inhouse video producer as Ferrandino & Son begins a significant shift to video content as the platform to present our educational content.

Content writing? We do a lot of it and part of the team includes a content writer along with the company COO who actively participates in content writing.

Also part of the team is our Vice President of Client Relations, who you will report up to and will help orchestrate the numerous initiatives the company continues to pursue.

Indirectly, you will work with 7 people on the sales team, more than a dozen department heads and subject matter experts on a variety of marketing requests.

Requirements and Technical Skills

We are taking a different approach to the definition of requirements and technical skills. In this section, we want you to tell us honestly on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest, what is your skill-set or experience level with each item.

• Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly with various departments with the organization.
• Interpersonal skills
• Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
• Computer skills for generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data and sharing this information with other team members in project updates.
• Working knowledge of basic computer applications, programs and features with experience in web page development or graphic design.
• Ability to provide information on previous campaigns, projects and timelines overseen and implemented to demonstrate overall capabilities.
• Capability of using MS Office Suite products
• Adobe Creative Suite; primarily Illustrator
• WordPress
• Social Media – LinkedIn, Facebook
• CRM Database Management – Salesforce
