Job Description
What will you be doing?
This role is responsible for ensuring that the overall customer experience within the Liverpool Football Club Store meets the expectations of the Club. The job holder must also build and maintain good working relationships, both internally and externally and always maintain a professional image when representing Liverpool Football Club.
The role will focus on the following key areas:
-Delivering an excellent customer experience, including giving advice and guidance on product selection, processing cash and card payments and dealing with refunds.
-Basic Sales Management through driving the AVS, UPT and Conversion by offering add on sales and upselling.
-Merchandising/display.
-Stock shrinkage and cash flow controls.
-Product knowledge.
-Operational compliance – compliance with Club and H&S procedures.
-Initiating changes to improve the business, to ensure the store can compete effectively.
-Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock.
-Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.
-Balancing cash registers with receipts.
Who are we looking for?
To be successful, you will have previous retail experience with a focus on customer care and driving a high-quality customer experience. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong numeracy and literacy skills. As a fantastic team player, you`ll have excellent time management and be punctual and you`ll have the flexibility to work to meet the demands of the business

This is a part-time permanent role working 8 hours per week on a 2 from 7 day basis. Your main base will be our Chester Store at the heart of the City Centre.
