Join our collaborative team as a vital member of our Risk Management department. Under the guidance of the Risk Management Analyst Supervisor, you’ll play a role in delivering exceptional customer service to our attorneys and administrative staff. If you possess strong technical acumen and a meticulous attention to detail, this might be the right role for you. After an initial period of training, this position is eligible for a hybrid-remote work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides high level administrative support to the Risk Management and Client Intake teams. This includes processing all incoming and outgoing mail and email, managing and maintaining Risk Management’s schedule as requested, and editing content-sensitive documents.
- Administers conflict searches for attorneys and assists Risk Management team in conflict review of all new hires, including lateral attorneys.
- Maintains database of outstanding engagement letters and conflict waivers to aid in ensuring compliance.
- Maintains accurate and timely communication with clients regarding engagement letters and file closing letters.
- Maintains database of outside counsel guidelines.
Experience and Education Qualifications
- Associate Degree preferred.
- Previous law firm experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Advanced level knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite.
