Overview:

Zylo is looking for a data-obsessed Revenue Operations Analyst to drive business process alignment, increase data quality, and improve effectiveness across sales, marketing, customer success, and finance. Working with leadership, you will align the Go-To-Market (GTM) organizations on key metrics, data, processes, and the reports that measure them.

This position reports to the Chief Revenue Officer, with dotted line reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer.

What you will do:

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support and Finance organizations to develop and optimize processes and systems to support GTM strategies
  • Drive operational efficiency with continuous focus on data quality and process improvement
  • Provide data, analytics, technology and processes to optimize sales and marketing effectiveness

Salesforce Administration

  • Maintain and optimize Salesforce.com to improve user effectiveness and ensure ongoing data quality and enrichment to power sales and marketing strategy, execution, and optimization
  • Serve as the company’s Salesforce Administrator, providing day to day management, including support/configure of installed apps/packages, setup new users, support, documentation)
  • Build new Salesforce.com features/elements to support business objectives, including but not limited to custom objects, fields, formulas, workflow rules, process builder, email alerts, validation rules, lightning pages, global actions

Data, Reporting & Analytics

  • Ensure alignment among stakeholders of key metrics and related definitions, data, reports and dashboards
  • Build and maintain company and GTM dashboards, reports, and data insights to communicate one version of the truth

Sales Operations

  • Manage, sales territories and sales rules of engagement
  • Manage sales compensation process including sales agreement documentation and monthly commission calculations
  • Support management of territory plans, commissions, sales desk operations, and other administration

Marketing Operations

  • Ensure correct data and lead flow among all marketing systems integrated with Salesforce, troubleshooting when necessary
  • Provide data and analytics to manage the waterfall model and marketing and sales planning and forecasting, including weekly, monthly, and quarter lead and pipeline reviews
  • Provide monthly marketing operational analytics for the marketing team

What you will need:

  • 4+ years experience of management of Salesforce.com including 1 year with Salesforce Lightning; complex Salesforce dashboards & reports, custom report types, workflows)
  • 2+ years of Sales or Revenue Operations experience in a SaaS or Technology company
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets within Excel and provide insight to analytics to Sales and Marketing departments

Nice to have: 

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent with specialization in marketing, finance, business, engineering or a related field of study
  • Salesforce.com certifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can hold a meeting with directors and VPs and C level executives.
  • Experience with a modern sales and marketing stack a must.
  • Experience with Business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Looker a plus
  • Proven ability to be successful in a complex, fast-paced environment, planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level.
