Full-Time Revenue Execution Specialist

The Revenue Execution Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting the sales teams within Salesforce, processing and executing sales orders through the systems for accurate invocing and renewals ongoing.  As needed, this role will also assist with data clean up and creation for larger company initiatives.  The Revenue Execution Specialist will work on continual overall process improvement and development of training to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across departments.

We’re excited to hire a Revenue Execution Specialist who can:

  • Proactively identify and implement operation improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements
  • Work closely with the Contracts and Accounting departments to communicate client needs regarding sales and account changes
  • Update and review account, contract, invoicing, and renewal information when processing sales
  • Assist in maintaining reporting & dashboards for leadership, sales teams and product
  • Develop training programs for new sales employees around sales creation, maintenance and processing and communicate and train all teams on updated and new functionality within Salesforce
  • Work with the systems team & IT to verify changes do not have unintended consequences by assisting with testing and attending group meetings
  • Provide first-tier support for any end-user technical or process questions in Salesforce and other systems primarily managed by Revenue Execution
  • Assist in implementing tools and processes for the sales organization that focus on improving efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and driving significant growth

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience
  • You possess a working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRMs
  • Ability to complete work in an acceptable timeframe; manage various detailed tasks and responsibilities simultaneously and with accuracy to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives; satisfy internal and external customer needs related to the job
  • Ability to reason, judge, compare, calculate, evaluate, and critique such information as written materials, numerical data, responses to customer needs, and/or other work-related activities
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate across all business unites
  • It gives you the sense of satisfaction to troubleshoot and problem solve to move forward
  • You love to create! The idea of conceptualizing, testing, and implementing new processes is exciting to you
  • You are flexible in your working style and can work independently on projects, as well as collaboratively with your team

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to work at a computer and monitor (sitting and standing) for extended periods
  • Ability to reason, judge, compare, calculate, evaluate, and critique such information as written materials, numerical data, responses to customer needs, and/or other work-related activities.
  • Ability to complete work in an acceptable timeframe; manage various detailed tasks and responsibilities simultaneously and with accuracy to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives; satisfy internal and external customer needs related to the job.
  • Ability to operate telephone equipment and respond to calls.
  • Ability to move about the office with occasional reaching and bending
  • Ability to use a keyboard and computer. This requirement involves reading the screen and keying/typing information.
  • Ability to speak and make presentations to individuals or groups on technical subjects related to the job
