Full-Time Revenue Cycle Manager
Job Description
Premier Talent Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to join our client’s healthcare company in Daly City, CA. If you have past experience working under the general direction of a CFO and being “hands-on”/responsible for performing and directing all activities related to billing and collections – please read on!

Responsibilities:
- Develop, document, and implement appropriate policies and procedures related to patient accounting, including follow-up on all patient accounts receivables
- Actively participate in and monitor the accounts receivable management activities, including collection efforts, to ensure their effectiveness
- Prepare and coordinate the collection, analysis, and reporting of timely and accurate data regarding providers productivity and revenues that facilities effective management decision-making
- Responsible for handling all patients concerns that are unable to be resolved by other staff members
- Initiate all department correspondence, both internal and external
- Assist management in other special projects as needed
- Respond to funding and health plan mandates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing a complex billing department
- Familiar with provider enrollment regulations and policies from federal, state, local, and private health programs and insurances
- Experience within a Federal Qualified Health Clinic (FQHC) is a plus
- Possess strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience with electronic practice management systems and electronic medical records
- Familiar with ICD-10 coding
- Ability to multi-task
- Language Skills: English fluency is a must, fluency in other languages are an asset
