Part-Time Research Manager (Hybrid)

The Role
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Innovation this is a rewarding and flexible role, working from home on a part time basis.
- 22.5 hours per week – potentially 3 full days, 5 short days, or something else that suits you
- Working from home, with adhoc travel to services and conferences
- The Research Manager will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing research projects within Phoenix.
- This role involves developing an annual research plan, fostering partnerships with external research bodies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Disseminating learning to enhance our operational approaches and maximise benefits for our staff and people who use our services.
About You
- Minimum degree level qualification in related topic
- 2 years experience of relevant project management experience
- Ability to assimilate, summarise and effectively communicate complex information to a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Ability to apply analytical skills to answer strategic questions / challenges
- Strong stakeholder management, ability to manage and engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to turn research findings into actionable insight and presenting this in an engaging way

- Starting salary of £21,300 (FTE £35,500), with opportunity to access potential yearly salary increments subject to appraisal, meaning potential salary increase up to £24,600 (FTE £41,000)
