AnLar’s Data System and Support team is looking for a proactive, curious problem solver with strong communication skills to help the team design and build data systems (software or web applications) that support schools in improving results for students.

The salary range for this position is $30K-$60K depending on geographic location and experience.

What the job entails:
- Conducting scans of current education practices at the state and local levels and summarizing information in order to inform data system development
- Synthesizing and communicating findings through written reports and presentations to project teams, including senior project leaders
- Developing data collection instruments such as surveys and interview protocols
- Analyzing and synthesizing data system functionality across several state-level projects to help inform the development of future data systems

- Ability to synthesize information and convey findings through clear, concise writing

- Interested in education (any area from early childhood through postsecondary is great!)
- Has some experience or familiarity in working with data systems and/or has a research, data, or technology background
- Ready and able to manage multiple tasks with differing levels of priority
- Willing and excited to be a part of a growing team in a growing company — not afraid to jump in and propose new ideas
- Loves puns and won’t mind being referred to as an “AnLarian”
