This Contract-to-Hire role as a Remote Workday Consultant will be responsible for providing daily administrator support and improvement efforts for Workday and additional HR Strategic Business applications, including configuration and ad-hoc reporting, and more (see below).
Responsibilities:
- Supporting implementation of system upgrades
- Testing system enhancements, troubleshooting issues and documenting workflows
- Monitoring data logs and managing releases
- Providing ongoing technical support to Service Center employees
- Ad-hoc performance of quality audits
- Creating test cases and testing interfaces to various vendors and various systems
Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience with HRMS Systems
- Minimum of 1 year SaaS and/or Cloud Based experience
- Vendor Relationship experience
- Project Management
- Workday (Compensation, HCM, EIBs, Reporting, Benefits, Payroll, etc.)
- System Administration
- Vendor Management; Open Cases, Troubleshoot Issues, Manage Release Testing, etc.
Pay Rate: $60 – $72 / hour
