We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Relationship Associate to join our Treasury Services team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA – Hybrid.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Work with a team of Treasury Services Relationship Management and New Business Development Professionals to manage all aspects of KYC renewals for existing and new clients
- Track and create reports based on KYC project efforts. Contribute to the identification and development of appropriate metrics.
- Liaise with the KYC Operations and Service team to manage escalations and provide updates directly from our institutional clients
- Apply high client service protocols to support client satisfaction.
- Provide general sales and relationship support to the relationship management and sales team.
- Engage in ad hoc projects as directed by team management
- You will have the opportunity to work with dynamic clients in the Brokerage, Alternative Fund, Insurance and Fintech client segments.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- MS Excel and project management experience is preferred.
- 5-7 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in Account Management or Client Service Delivery preferred.
