Temporary Relationship Advisor
Job Description
Premier Talent Partners is partnering with our client, a high-tech commercial bank, to find a Relationship Advisor for their Tempe, AZ location. Being that we are in an uncertain job market, this role could be a great foot in the door! In this position, you will serve as the primary contact for client interaction – including written, verbal, and face-to-face correspondence. You are expected to contact and respond to client requests, continually build rapport with clients, and provide consistent white-glove service.

Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with key clients to increase product awareness
- Strategize with bank partners to increase client retention, relationships, uncover product gaps, win deals, identify outreach opportunities, and set goals
- Manage the onboarding of new relationships
- Build client records and prepare necessary bank documents
- Perform and create training and technology demonstrations via web conferencing
- Support clients on all activity related to client accounts, including assessing risk related transactions, managing cash flow, and/or other daily bank operational needs
- Escalate client service tickets when needed
- Perform scheduling of client meetings and adhere to pre-call planning and post-call practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in the financial or banking fields
- Proven experience working with and generating new clients
- Basic understanding of bank deposit and cash management products and service
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills
