Full-Time Registration Manager
Job Description
Premier Talent Partners is seeking a Registration Manager to join our client’s Community Music Center based in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for music education and community arts, along with a service-oriented approach. This position requires onsite attendance and work-from-home privileges will be considered down the road.

Responsibilities:
- Triage all student registrations from initial inquiries through payment. This includes matching the student to a teacher, scheduling lessons, follow-up, and tuition payments
- Manage communications for student registration and attendance, including assisting in the ongoing improvement of the web-based registration process
- Implement and maintain procedures for quarterly re-registration, new student registration, and ongoing registration
- Coordinate classes in the registration system quarterly for two branches, keeping an eye on enrollment dates, tuition fees/discounts, invoicing, and status related to online registration
- Communicate directly with third-party database manager if/when issues arise
- Maintain website online forms and booking calendar for various CMC programs
- Acts as a key liaison between faculty, students/parents, and staff.
- Foster clear and efficient communication with teachers regarding their schedule, rosters, and attendance records
- Describe CMC registration and attendance policy and procedures with faculty and students
- Maintain an open dialogue with staff and faculty department/program heads with regard to student registration and enrollment information
- In collaboration with the Program Director, create group enrollment reports at the beginning of each quarter to determine appropriate class size
- Prepare enrollment reports throughout each enrollment period, as needed to support grants and annually for year-end statistics
- Maintain a working knowledge of all CMC programs and upcoming events, (registration and non-registration based), and assure that front office staff is versed in these to field inquiries
- Responsible for tracking tuition income; including invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable
- Track and update student sliding scale status annually
- Prepare and track faculty hours for the finance team
- Supervise team responsible for opening and closing the campus
- Develop and maintain the master school schedule for the year, including the on-site room schedule
- Review faculty programming needs and scheduling with the Program Director
- Manage and update faculty records as needed/directed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst, Logistics Coordinator, or similar role
- Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g. inventory planning, warehouse management)
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Analytical mind with business acumen
- Basic technical knowledge
- Highly organized
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to provide thorough status and escalation
