About the opportunity
As an Associate Recruitment Consultant at Stanton House you are responsible for successfully identifying and building relationships with the best candidates on the market. We are growing on multiple teams across London so there is an opportunity to become a market expert in either Accounting and Finance, Change and Transformation, or Finance Transformation. You don’t need to be an expert in any of these fields as, as long as you are willing to learn, we can teach you the rest!
As your role evolves, there is an opportunity to continue in a candidate-focused role or you will take on business development and be responsible for the full recruitment cycle. Both career paths are equally as exciting and rewarding!

- £25,000 – £28,000 salary (depending on experience) + commission scheme up to 33%
