Location: Highridge, Bristol | Hybrid Working style
Type: Permanent, Full Time
Option of a 9-day working fortnight
Salary: £23,000 – £24,000 per annum DOE + Benefits Package

Are you passionate about people and delivering exceptional levels of customer service? We have an exciting new opportunity to join our team as a Recruitment Compliance Coordinator, where you will be providing customer service to our staff throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

Part of Acacium Group, Thornbury community Services and Pulse nursing at Home provide bespoke, complex care in the community. Every day you will…
- Provide candidates and customers with exceptional levels of customer service throughout the end-to-end recruitment process
- Use various methods to source new talent and engage with people from a variety of backgrounds, whilst providing them with a first-class experience
- Guide and support candidates through their recruitment journey by offering a true partnership approach, as well as support, guidance and advice when needed
- Screen and qualify potential candidates to ensure they are of a high quality
- Build and maintain strong and long lasting stakeholder relationships
