About Your Role:
RealtyMogul is seeking an intelligent, motivated, detail-oriented, Corporate & Commercial Real Estate Recruiter to help support our growing team. This will be an exciting, fast-paced job, staffing for our online real estate investment marketplace. We’re one of the fastest growing, most successful crowdfunding investment sites and we’re looking for a rock star recruiter to champion our talent acquisition process.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and build candidate pipelines with focus on corporate and commercial real estate roles
- Partner with leadership to understand business needs and clearly define sourcing strategies, timelines and expectations
- Work with the hiring managers to determine role specific requirements for open positions; write descriptions and job scorecards and lead candidates through the RealtyMogul hiring process
- Utilize recruiting software and manage users
- Source candidates of all professional experience levels, entry level to senior management
- Screen resumes for other traits or backgrounds ideal for the RealtyMogul culture
- Conduct Zoom screenings with candidates
- Organize interview schedules for candidates
- Administer assessments, if applicable, for candidates
- Negotiate offer letters
- Assist with other HR and onboarding duties as needed
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success in sourcing, recruiting and hiring employees at all levels in a fast-paced startup environment preferred
- Experience recruiting for Commercial Real Estate and/or Technology required.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks; excellent organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Deep experience using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
