We are looking for a highly motivated Recruiter (Contract) to join our Talent Acquisition team!
You will partner with a diverse group of teams to identify, attract and close top talent who will drive us forward as we grow. As part of the talent acquisition team, you will assist in driving the overall talent strategy by using best practices in sourcing, attracting and closing top talent.
How You’ll Contribute
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle by reviewing resumes, phone screening, and generating a flow of appropriate resumes/candidates who meet the job requirements and preferences for each position.
- Identify and source qualified candidates by creative sourcing techniques to include networking, referrals, social media, career fairs, outreach events, cold calling and job boards.
- Provide a great candidate experience, while managing a fast-paced full cycle recruiting process.
- Deliver a high-touch, quality recruiting experience for internal and external clients.
- Perform complex research, networking, and analysis to develop active and passive candidate pipelines.
- Accountable for following Talent Acquisition processes in accordance with policies, practices, EEO/AA, and other legal requirements.
Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of previous full-cycle recruitment experience, including strong research skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong and collaborative working relationships with candidates/applicants, colleagues and internal customers.
- Ability to source candidates through a variety of techniques: direct sourcing, social networking sites, job boards, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, capable of offering solutions to various challenges that require a degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation and navigate effectively in a matrix environment.
- Strong sense of urgency and be accustomed to working at a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Experience using talent acquisition tools such as ATS and LinkedIn. Greenhouse preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
