Inside the Job
As the HR Recruiter you will be responsible for providing a best-in-class recruitment and onboarding experience to attract and retain top talent in the market. You will also be responsible for on-going review and critique of recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a consistently positive and interactive candidate-to-employee experience, while maintaining talent strategy to ensure an active pipeline.
Your day-to-day work will involve
- Owning recruitment: Execute full life-cycle recruitment processes for open entry level to senior level leadership positions for our corporate office and call center
- Finding the best talent: Develop, design, and drive creative recruitment strategies, and create sourcing strategies to attract and hire a balanced workforce
- Shaping process: Initiate the initial client conversation with hiring manager, work to define role requirements, provide recruitment strategy and selection, and define the interview process. Also, will assist with writing, updating and analyzing job descriptions as needed to determine appropriate job class levelling and tied compensation
- Advising and consulting: help the business find the right fit and oversee the sourcing, screening, and interview processes in order to acquire the best talent to meet business needs
- Creating great experiences: provide high touch candidate and hiring manager experiences. Assist with and/or lead new hire orientation to ensure new hire is properly acclimated to new work environment
- Managing recruiting tools: oversee our HRIS system, application tracking system and background check portals
What You Bring
Needed skills and experience for this role include:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment and onboarding experience
- Proven track record of identifying and assessing top talent
- Strong business acumen with experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle
- Sourcing experience using a variety of tools–LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
- Experience using application tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

- An innate understanding of how to prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills to effectively communicate the Slavic401k mission to candidates
- Experience with high volume recruiting preferred
- Experience recruiting for a call center preferred
Certificates & Licenses
SHRM-CP or PHR, preferred
