Our client is looking for someone who can work Monday- Friday in a busy law office, is that you?
Duties:
- Closing purchases
- Document preparation of wills and estates, and corporate law
- Welcoming clients and answering/ screening/ and forwarding phone calls
- Assisting with copying/scanning/ faxing/ emailing/ note taking and other clerical duties
- Observing business etiquette and maintaining a professional appearance
Qualifications and Skills:
- Law Clerk Diploma
- Previous experience as an Admin Assistant, Reception or Law Clerk
- Experience in Wills and Estates and/ Corporate Law
- Must possess excellent communication skills over the phone and in person
- Must have attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
