We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our wholesaling team as Commission-Only Appointment Setters.
As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our lead generation process, focusing specifically on generating leads through Facebook groups.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Utilize Facebook groups and other online platforms to identify potential leads within our target market. You will be responsible for actively engaging with group members, initiating conversations, and identifying potential prospects.
- Relationship Building: Develop rapport and establish meaningful connections with potential clients through effective communication strategies. You will engage in conversations, build trust, and position our products or services as valuable solutions to their needs.
- Appointment Setting: Qualify leads based on specific criteria and schedule appointments for our sales team. You will effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our products or services to prospects, generating their interest in meeting with our team.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with potential clients to ensure ongoing engagement and nurture relationships. This includes following up on initial conversations, providing additional information as needed, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Performance Tracking: Keep accurate records of lead generation activities, appointments scheduled, and outcomes achieved. You will provide regular reports and updates to the team, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Previous experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales is preferred. Experience with Facebook groups and other social media platforms is a plus.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with potential clients, building relationships, and effectively conveying our value proposition.
