In 2022 the Customer Service department started a transition in how the department services our participants and other clients. This transition includes changes to the department structure, its technology, and processes.

In this role you’ll bring your can-do-attitude to play an important part in helping the company ensure customer satisfaction through your training of new and current employees on benefit administration tasks and by being a final review step before benefit payments are sent to plan participants.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years’ work experience in benefits administration.
  • Knowledge of retirement and/or welfare plan administration.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to read and interpret data.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and utilize new computer software and systems.

Preferred Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field.
  • Proven ability to design, implement and/or manage quality control processes.
  • Previous experience in a quality control environment including business processes in retirement and/or health and welfare.
  • Previous experience designing and delivering training.
  • Previous quality assurance experience in call center or benefits administration is a plus.
  • Knowledge of defined contribution, defined benefit, 401(k) or 403(b) pension plans or health and welfare plans.
  • Knowledge of OMNI applications.
