Full-Time QA Engineer (Must be based in UK)
Job Description
QA Engineer – Must be based in UK – Salary Range: £42,000 – £50,000
We (a group of ~20 in 3 countries looking to disrupt the way products are engineered and made) are looking for a QA tester with 4+ years of experience. We are looking for someone skilled in manual and automated testing and able to create test plans. The successful candidate will be able and willing to update end user documentation and internal documentation to reflect current working (or known limits) found through testing. We anticipate that the role will be roughly split between 60% QA, 40% documentation oversight and improvements.
Must Have:
- 4+ years of experience.
- Skilled in complete test plan design (including removing / unrolling test data when done)
- Able to work with engineers 1:1 to quickly lock in engineering detail / insight into the bug
- Able and willing to update end user documentation & internal docs
- Willing to be directly on calls with customers to make notes and ‘Steps To Replicate’ bugs for internal team
- Self-directed in automating tests, and understanding customer day to day use
- Self-directed in updating existing documentation with new understanding
Bonus points for:
- An eye for removing edge / corner case by reworking UI
- Experience in Gherkin style formatting
- Experience in outlining and getting developers to use User Persona’s
- Experience or interest in 3D printing and manufacturing

Although primarily a remote position, the successful candidate will be expected to travel to the London office on a semi-regular basis (one day every 2 or 3 weeks).
