Full-Time Project Manager

Position Description:

This position provides critical project management, support and coordination to project teams in order to ensure seamless and efficient outcomes and high-impact client experiences. The role calls for a highly organized, resourceful, and adaptable individual who can work well under pressure and navigate ambiguity to find creative solutions, on time and on budget. The ability to comfortably liaise, negotiate and problem solve among multiple teams, departments and vendors is critical.

We are considering candidates at a variety of experience levels at both a full-time and part-time (20-30 hours/week) capacity, requiring schedule flexibility to meet weekly fluctuations in client events, meetings and research (i.e. early starts and/or late finishes approximately 5-7 days per month).

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Internal team project management plans, timelines/milestone tracking, status reports and weekly detailed task lists to ensure smooth execution of projects
  • Resource coordination across cross-functional project teams (design, research, etc.) to ensure key team members are engaged, briefed and successfully deliver on time
  • Scheduling and calendar management, including travel planning
  • Meeting planning and preparation to organize and execute key client events, on- and off-site, including travel planning for teams
  • Hospitality support to include catering management, welcome/hosting, time keeping and other execution support to ensure high impact client experiences
  • Manage and oversight of ideation experiences, both in-person and virtually, on- and off-site. Tasks to include ideation software/technology management, vendors and partner oversight, stimulus and material preparation and organization, liasing, and in-person workshop set-up (physical demands may include carrying, crouching, pulling, pushing, lifting, reaching, standing and/or walking for long periods of time)
  • As needed and in partnership with Research Coordinator, support consumer research by managing vendors, overseeing bids and recruits, driving execution and planning details, preparing materials, and managing respondents
  • Assist in preparing key materials for teams including audits, creative presentations, image searching, proofreading, and consumer quotes and video sourcing
  • Finance reporting, billing, budgeting and estimating

Your Qualifications: 

You should have 3+ years of proven project management experience in a multi-disciplinary or agency environment. Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly desirable.

Desire to stay in and grow management skills within our Project Management track (vs. a strategy focus) is preferred.

Ideally, you’re also familiar with Advantage software and are proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Residency in the Denver/Boulder area is preferred, but negotiable. Occasional travel may be required.

Full-time salary range: $45,000 – $60,000, commensurate with experience.
