Job Description
- Manage and oversee all Financial, Human Resources, and Office Management activities and workflows.
- Supervise an Administrative Specialist II.
- Provide financial management of professional services contracts.
- Manage all aspects of contract management, purchases, and review/approval all invoices.
- Ensure best financial practices and policies are followed.
- Ensure expenditures are monitored and evaluated against budgeted amounts.
- Manage and oversee the Unit budget.
- Knowledge of SAP invoicing and Purchase Order Procurement processes, and working with cost centers and project WBS elements.
- Experience independently analyzing and interpreting policy and procedures to address financial, budgetary, and personnel concerns and questions.
- Experience overseeing and reviewing financial and human resource work of others.
- Experience ensuring accuracy and attention to detail, prioritizing work, and organizing information for yourself and others.
- Computer experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), online databases (SAP, Fiori), and NEOGOV Applicant Tracking System.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance or related discipline, and
- 2+ years relevant experience, and
- 1+ years supervisory experience; or
- An equivalent combination of training and experience.
