Full-Time Project Coordinator

Overview

Compensation: $55,000-$65,000

The Construction Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Project Engineers to prepare documentation for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and document control, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and time entry. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you will collaborate with internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

Responsibilities

· Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.

· Liaise with Project Engineers to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.

· Help prepare project, proposal, and phasing set ups.

· Support project procurement management.

· Use tools to monitor submittal log management and PO entry.

· Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement).

· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.

· Ensure standards and requirements are met through document control.

Qualifications

· Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.

· Experience working on construction projects preferred not required.

· An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.

· Solid organizational skills and time-management.

· Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.

· Excellent analytical skills supported by strong written and verbal communication ability.

· Strong organizational skills; must be able to work well with constant priority changes.

· Tech-savvy; proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other suites.

· Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Have a strong track record of completing assigned projects independently with diligence.

· Outstanding attention to detail.

· Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with all levels of the company.

Education

  •  B.A. or B.S. degree.
