Full-Time Project Assistant
Job Description
We are replacing one of our key Project Assistants. In this role you will act as a welcoming first point of reference for residents, staff and visitors of the Foyer. You will help support the day to day office and the wider housing team, understanding the need to communicate clearly the needs of young people in a timely manner so that they can aspire, contribute and thrive.
We are looking for a personable, flexible and reliable person with excellent communication and recording skills. You must be committed to working with and for young vulnerable people that may have a variety complex needs and those that may be seeking asylum. You will need to be able to adjust to an ever-changing set of requests in a calm and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience of young people and work with a Trauma Informed Approach.
