Join Us!

We’re building a small project team as we manage a software roll out. So, this is a really exciting chance to work with other people to make this happen. In the job you’ll be doing things like typing up process notes and creating screen grabs so we have user guides for our system users that help them do their jobs easily.

You need to be really accurate and confident when it comes to data entry and inputting and using the computer to create a user guide effectively. We also work a lot on Teams too for our meetings and video calls and use Office 365, Word, Excel and in-house databases so computer confidence is key.

The project will mean working with various people and across departments and teams so when meeting and working with them you’ll need to be able to listen, capture things accurately and show understanding to be able to translate everything into a workable user guide. Rather than leading the meetings you’ll be supporting them as part of your project team.

Although this is a fixed term project it is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow from the people around you and also get a feel for the organisation as we love to see people grow and progress as other roles and opportunities come up.

So, if you’re looking to get stuck into something from the start of a project, have the skills we need and we’re offering the flexibility that fits your lifestyle this could be a perfect job for you.

So, we could be a good match if your CV shows that you have:

  • Great data entry and inputting skills that are accurate and you’re an attention detailer
  • The ability to concentrate on getting things just right when it comes to admin and organisation
  • Experience at working with Office 365, databases, Word and Excel
  • A team and person focused attitude who is willing to go the extra mile when it comes to support and customer service
  • Experience to working to deadlines and a flexible attitude that supports team and project working
