We’re seeking a future team member in the role of Program Specialist, Projects & Initiatives to join our Accounting and Investor Solutions Operations team. This role will report directly to the Global Head of Accounting and Investor Solutions Operations. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA – Hybrid.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Meeting required deliverables for the Accounting and Investor Solutions organization, corporate initiatives, control initiatives, and regulatory initiatives
  • Ensure program structure, governance, progress reporting is in place to effectively manage the initiative portfolio
  • Ability to partner with the HR Business Partner and Business Manager on varying projects and initiatives
  • Coordination of highly visible tasks for leadership team

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • 7-10 years of total work experience preferred
  • Experience in Presentation and Project Management tools
  • Strong communication skills required
  • Tenacity and get it done attitude and drive required
  • The successful candidate will be on the leadership team and will be involved in management meetings
