$20.60/hour Night Shift

- Schedule: 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off
- Off 2 weekends per month, Work 2 weekends per month (Fri/Sat/Sun)
- 24/7/365 Schedule
- Training may occur on Day shift
- Night Shift Differential – additional $2/hour
- 8p-8a
- Employee Incentive Program:
- 10% target and 20% Stretch bonus, depending on company performance

Arclin USA is seeking talent for a Production Operator job for our Hayward, WI location. Reporting into the Production Supervisor, this position is an entry level, full time position, and Operator is responsible for performing tasks and duties pertaining to the processing of resins for specialty paper coating. This role is required to know and perform all assigned production department functions in compliance with HSE – Health, Safety and Environmental regulations and Arclin’s policies and procedures to contribute positively to an efficient and safely run operation.
Production Operator Job Responsibilities:
- Manufactures saturated paper overlays according to established procedures and HSE regulations
- Operates a forklift / clamp truck to handle raw materials (paper, drums, totes, bags) and finished goods
- On-site Fork Truck training and certification provided
- Performs duties to meet the production and shipping schedule
- Participates in plant activities to ensure safe operations
- Visually monitors processes within their area of accountability and immediately correct deviations
- Responds to process alarms and upsets to promptly resolve the root cause
- Performs In-Process Checks to verify production and quality specifications are met
- Communicates with the Shift Supervisor, Technical and other support personnel to resolve process conditions affecting safety, quality, efficiency and production goals.
- Continuous learning of existing processes and collaboration with team mates
Production Operator Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Forklift experience a plus or must be able to become certified
- Analytical and mechanical mindset
- Follow Health and Safety Guidelines and wear required Personal Protective Equipment
- Ability to stand and walk frequently
- Lift an average of 50 lbs frequently
- Basic computer skills
- Basic math skills
